How much does a Webflow website cost in 2026

How much does a Webflow website cost in 2026

Oct 19, 2026

In 2026, a Webflow landing page from a small studio typically costs $2,000 to $7,500, and a custom one $7,500 to $20,000. A semi-custom marketing website usually runs $5,000 to $15,000, while fully custom builds and larger B2B SaaS sites start around $15,000 and can pass $50,000. On top of the build, Webflow itself costs from $15 a month for a site without a CMS, or $25 a month with one (billed yearly).

At INSAIM, a Webflow landing page starts at $5,000 and a corporate website at $8,000, design and build included. We are a Lisbon-based Certified Webflow Partner, and the prices below are the ones we actually quote.

Webflow website prices: typical market range and INSAIM starting prices
Project Typical market range INSAIM, from Typical timeline
Landing page, design and build $2,000-7,500 (small studio), $7,500-20,000 (custom) $5,000 3-5 weeks
Landing page, Figma to Webflow (build only) from about $3,000 $3,000 1-2 weeks
Corporate or marketing website, design and build $5,000-15,000 (semi-custom), $15,000-50,000+ (custom) $8,000 8-12 weeks
Corporate website, build only from your design depends on pages and CMS $5,000 3-4 weeks
Brand identity and landing page (Startup pack) varies widely $8,000 4-8 weeks
B2B SaaS website $15,000-60,000+ (specialist SaaS agencies) $8,000 (around $15,000 for 20 pages) 8-12 weeks
Migration to Webflow depends on the number of URLs quoted after a URL audit depends on scope

Prices are in USD and exclude VAT and Webflow plan fees. INSAIM prices checked against our current price list on 12 October 2026.

What you are actually paying for

A Webflow website has four costs, and quotes differ mostly because they bundle them differently.

  1. Design. Page structure, wireframes and the visual design in Figma. For a landing page at INSAIM this part starts at $2,500, for a corporate website at $4,500.
  2. Build in Webflow. Turning the design into a responsive site with CMS, interactions, forms and integrations. From $3,000 for a landing page and $5,000 for a corporate website.
  3. The Webflow plan. Hosting and platform fees, paid to Webflow every month or year. From $15 a month, see the section on plan costs below.
  4. Content. Copy, photos, illustrations and video. Some studios include copywriting, some only give copy direction. Always ask which.

Buying design and build from one team usually costs less than buying them separately. At INSAIM, a landing page designed and built together starts at $5,000, against $5,500 for the two parts on their own.

Webflow website cost by project type

Webflow landing page

A single-page site for a launch, a product or a campaign. A small Webflow studio usually charges $2,000 to $7,500; a fully custom page with heavy animation can reach $7,500 to $20,000.

At INSAIM, a Webflow landing page starts at $5,000, designed and built, typically in 3 to 5 weeks. It includes the page structure, visual design, responsive build, interactions, forms, basic SEO setup and analytics. If you only need one part, design starts at $2,500 (2 to 3 weeks) and the Webflow build at $3,000 (1 to 2 weeks).

Product page in Webflow

A product or feature page for a SaaS or AI company, often added to an existing site. It is priced like a landing page, because the work is the same: structure, design, build. With INSAIM it falls under the landing page package from $5,000, or under a design subscription if you need several pages over time.

Figma to Webflow

You already have the design and need it built. Specialist studios start at about $3,000 for a landing page, with delivery in 10 to 20 days. INSAIM builds a landing page from your Figma file from $3,000 and a full corporate website from $5,000. A landing page build typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, a corporate website 3 to 4 weeks. The price depends on how complete the Figma file is: missing mobile layouts, states and components add time.

Corporate or marketing website

A multi-page site with a CMS for the blog, case studies or careers. For a budget of around $15,000, expect 8 to 20 pages, a CMS, responsive design, basic SEO, analytics and forms. Semi-custom sites usually cost $5,000 to $15,000; fully custom ones $15,000 to $50,000 or more.

At INSAIM, a corporate website starts at $8,000, designed and built in Webflow, typically in 8 to 12 weeks depending on scope. That starting price fits a compact site; a site of around 20 pages with several CMS collections usually comes closer to $15,000. If you already have the design, the Webflow build alone starts at $5,000 (3 to 4 weeks); design alone starts at $4,500 (4 to 6 weeks).

Website for a startup

Early-stage teams often need a brand and a site at the same time. The INSAIM Startup pack covers brand identity, landing page design and the build in Webflow or Framer, from $8,000, typically in 4 to 8 weeks. For a pre-seed or seed startup this is usually the right first site; a full corporate website can follow once the product and message settle.

B2B SaaS website

SaaS sites need more than a homepage: product and pricing pages, solutions by role, integrations, customer stories and a demo request flow. Specialist SaaS agencies typically quote $15,000 to $60,000 or more. INSAIM builds SaaS marketing websites in Webflow from $8,000. A SaaS site of around 20 pages, with product, solutions and customer story templates, usually comes closer to $15,000, in 8 to 12 weeks. We cover this in more detail in [How much does a B2B SaaS website cost in 2026].

Migration to Webflow

Moving from WordPress or another platform is priced by the number of URLs, CMS collections and languages, and by whether the design changes too. The careful part is not the design but the redirects: every old URL needs a 301 redirect so you keep your search traffic. INSAIM quotes migrations after a URL audit, because the scope varies too much for a single starting price.

Freelancer, small Webflow partner or premium agency

Who builds the site affects the price more than the platform does. Here is how the three usual options compare.

Freelancer, small Webflow partner or premium agency compared
Option Typical price Good for Watch out for
Freelancer the lowest, often a few thousand dollars for a landing page simple sites, tight budgets, a clear design already in hand one person covers design, build and support; availability and handover
Small Webflow Certified Partner $2,000-7,500 for a landing page, $5,000-15,000 for a marketing site startups and SaaS teams that need design and build from one team check named clients, what is included and post-launch support
Premium or Enterprise Partner $15,000-50,000+ large sites, many stakeholders, enterprise plans and governance minimum budgets, longer timelines

INSAIM sits in the second group: a 15+ person team in Lisbon that designs and builds in Webflow and Framer, with fixed-scope projects from $2,500.

What is included in a Webflow website project

Two quotes for the same price can include very different things. Ask for each of these in writing.

What is included in a Webflow website project, and what to ask for
Item What to ask INSAIM
Structure and wireframes Is there a sitemap and wireframe stage before design? Included
Visual design How many concepts and pages are designed? Included

CMS Which collections are set up (blog, cases, careers)? Included, number of collections agreed in scope
Interactions and animation Simple or custom (GSAP, Lottie)? Included at the level agreed in scope

Ownership Is the site transferred to your Webflow Workspace? Yes, you own the site and files

What drives the price of a Webflow website

  • Number of pages and templates. Ten pages built from three templates cost less than ten unique pages.
  • CMS. Each collection needs its own template, fields and content setup. A blog is simple; filterable case studies or a resource library take longer.
  • Interactions and animation. Hover states and simple reveals are standard. Scroll-driven GSAP animation, Lottie and 3D add design and build time.
  • Integrations. HubSpot, a CRM, a booking tool, product data or a custom form flow.
  • Localisation. Each extra language means more content, layout checks and a Webflow Localize add-on.
  • Migration. The number of URLs to map and redirect, and how much content moves.
  • Brand and content readiness. A site built on an existing brand and finished copy is faster than one where both are still being decided.

Webflow plan costs after launch

Most marketing websites need the Premium site plan at $25 a month billed yearly, because it includes the CMS. A site without a blog or case studies can run on Basic at $15 a month.

Webflow site plans and what each covers, billed yearly
Webflow plan Price (billed yearly) What it covers
Starter Free webflow.io domain, 2 static pages, limited CMS
Basic $15/month Custom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB bandwidth, no CMS
Premium $25/month Everything in Basic plus the CMS (up to 20,000 items, 40 collections), from 50 GB bandwidth, site search
Team $2,500/month, annual contract Localize, publishing workflows, governance, priority support
Enterprise Custom Custom scale, roles, SLAs

Add-ons you may need:

  • Localize: from $9/month (Essential) or $29/month (Advanced), priced by number of locales.
  • Analyze: from $9/month, priced by sessions.
  • Optimize (A/B testing and personalisation): from $299/month.
  • Ecommerce plans: Standard $29, Plus $74, Advanced $212 a month, billed yearly.
  • Extra Workspace seats for your own team: $39/month per full seat, $15/month per limited (content) seat, billed yearly.

A typical startup or SaaS marketing site on Premium costs about $300 a year in Webflow fees, before add-ons. Prices from Webflow pricing, in USD before tax, checked on 12 October 2026.

Real Webflow projects and the packages they fall under

We do not publish what individual clients paid, but each of these projects maps to a package with a public starting price.

  • Exaforce, USA, an AI-driven SOC platform. We built their responsive Webflow site from the client's design, with Lottie animations, product explainer videos and CMS collections their team manages themselves. Launched in two releases through a staging site. Webflow development for a B2B SaaS website, from $5,000.
  • Dohop, Iceland, travel technology that powers bookings for airlines. We redesigned and built new pages of their existing Webflow site, with custom illustrations. New pages on an existing site, as a landing page package or through a design subscription.
  • Renty, Cyprus, a proptech platform. Website design in Figma, then the Webflow build and integrations, with technical support at each stage. The CEO's review is verified by Clutch. Corporate website, design and Webflow build, from $8,000.

Webflow or Framer: which costs less?

For the build itself, prices are close. Framer is often faster for highly animated, single-page sites; Webflow has the stronger CMS for blogs, case studies and multi-language sites. INSAIM works in both, so we recommend the platform at discovery rather than by default. Read How much does a Framer website cost in 2026 for the Framer side.

Keeping the site updated after launch

Most teams need new pages, landing pages for campaigns and small fixes every month. You can order these as separate fixed-scope projects, or through a design subscription: the INSAIM subscription for website and product work, including Webflow and Framer development, costs $3,900 a month with a one-month minimum (a lighter tier for marketing design starts at $2,200 with a two-week minimum), one request at a time, with most tasks delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

How to get an accurate quote

Send these with your request and you will get a fixed price instead of a range:

  1. A list of pages, or the current sitemap if you are redesigning.
  2. Which content will live in the CMS, and roughly how many items.
  3. Whether brand, copy and images are ready.
  4. Integrations you need: CRM, analytics, booking, product data.
  5. Languages.
  6. Two or three sites you like, and why.
  7. Your launch date.

How much does a Webflow website cost for a small business or startup?

A marketing website of 8 to 20 pages with a CMS usually costs $5,000 to $15,000 with a small studio. At INSAIM a corporate website starts at $8,000, and a site of around 20 pages usually comes closer to $15,000. If you also need a brand, the Startup pack covers brand identity and a landing page from the same $8,000.

How long does it take to build a Webflow website?

At INSAIM, typically 3 to 5 weeks for a landing page and 8 to 12 weeks for a corporate website, design and build included. Can my team edit the site after launch?

Yes. Content in the CMS and on static pages can be edited in Webflow without a developer. We hand over with [a walkthrough or video] so your team knows how.
